Drew Henry is Courrèges’ new Artistic Director

Courrèges is ushering in a new phase of evolution with the appointment of Drew Henry as artistic director. Henry, who was previously Senior Design at Burberry under Daniel Lee, joins the Parisian label as it continues to refine its identity and expand its influence in today’s fashion landscape.

Henry, originally from South Africa, is set to assume the role in May 2026. His debut collection for the house is expected to be revealed during Paris Fashion Week later this year, where industry observers will be watching closely to see how he interprets the brand’s legacy.

Drew Henry takes over following the exit of Nicolas Di Felice, who spent several years reshaping Courrèges with a sleek, contemporary energy rooted in its iconic futuristic style. Under new leadership, the brand now looks toward a different creative perspective.

Although not widely known to the public, Henry has established a strong reputation within the fashion industry. His career includes experience at influential labels and collaborations with some of the industry’s most respected designers. This background has positioned him as a thoughtful and detail-driven creative with a modern sensibility.

Henry is expected to bring a balanced approach that honours Courrèges’ heritage, while also making it more relevant to the way people dress today. Early indications suggest his vision will focus on wearable design without losing the brand’s distinctive edge.

With leadership changes continuing to reshape the fashion industry, Henry’s arrival places Courrèges among the labels to watch this year. His first runway presentation in Paris will be the clearest indication of where he intends to take the brand next.
