Daniel Lee’s Burberry serves up nothing but treats with this Winter 2023 Tricker’s collaboration. Tricker’s for Burberry is the perfect marriage of two British icons, reimagined under Lee’s forward-thinking ability to combine elements of the past – evidenced by the shoe itself – with the future.

Such notions come to fruition on brogues, Chelsea boots, and Derby shoes in various takes. For example, Tricker’s’ Leather Devon Brogues appear in “Vine,” which isn’t your average green. Instead, it’s dark, rich, and sophisticated, allowing for contrast against the chunky Goodyear welted sole unit. However, classic elements still remain, such as an almond toe and brogue perforations, which once more contrast tonal laces and Burberry’s now-signature blue leather lining, where you’ll find dual branding and limited-edition numbering.

Both Burberry and Tricker’s, with their roots deeply embedded in the great outdoors, have designed these shoes to last a lifetime. The construction of this footwear enables you to deconstruct and repair the pairs as needed, so you can buy these shoes once and keep them, in one form or another, for a lifetime.

Tricker’s for Burberry is the first partnership from Daniel Lee for Burberry, and it’s clear to see where he’s taking the brand. It’s a mixture of heritage outdoorsiness and contemporary sartorialism, and now there’s a pair of shoes to complement this aesthetic.

Take a look at the collaborative pairs here, and find more via Burberry’s website and in its boutiques, as well as Tricker’s flagship store at 67 Jermyn St, St. James’s, London SW1Y 6NY, indicated by a Burberry window display.
