As the over-saturated TikTok sound goes – ‘where’d all the time go’? We’re now officially in the throes of July. With Summer Solstice fading quickly, there’s still the promise of long summer days on the horizon – and what better way to spend them than packing them full?
With each new week comes new drops, but this weekend also saw lots of happenings go down in London. From Wireless bringing in the biggest names in music to various locations around the UK, to Stranger Things dropping their latest instalment on Netflix on Friday, there’s a lot to digest. Without further ado, let’s get into it – scroll for all the bite-sized drops, info and general knowledge you could ask for this week.

Headlining a festival comes with a lot of prep – stage assembly and design, motion graphics, lighting, outfits… we could go on. But A$AP Rocky left one thing to the last minute – getting a trim. Heading to a barbershop in Crystal Palace with Rihanna, the new parents drew crowds that were pushed up against the glass of the barbers trying to get a glimpse (and a video) of the proceedings. Don’t blame them, tbh.
COUTURE WEEK KICKS OFF
Paris was treated to a week of (relative) quiet on the fashion front after Men’s Fashion Week took over the bars, restaurants and Lime Scooters of the city in late June. This week is couture week though – with brands showing their most expensive, wild and elevated work of the year. Highlights will no doubt include Balenciaga on Wednesday and the golden wonders of Schiaparelli – head to our TikTok page for the lowdown throughout the week.
CHITO & WU YUÉ LAND AT OMNI GALLERY
Omni gallery, one of London’s newest and most dynamic art and event spaces, has lined up a new dual exhibition by Chito and Wue Yué (伍⽉) for its next venture. With the former having previously collabed with Matthew M. Williams at Givenchy, Always Change, Never Change will be the artists’ debut in London and their first time working together.
KATE MOSS DOES COKE – NO, NOT THAT KIND
In the latest of strange and strategic appointments, Kate Moss has been named the creative director of Diet Coke. The supermodel is set to bring her contacts and expertise to the brand, building on its partnerships with leading fashion designers. However, the inferences can’t be ignored – but perhaps that’s the point.
SUPREME GOES FULL BLOKE-CORE
You can always rely on Supreme for a slightly left-field drop, and this week sees the cult streetwear brand team up with Umbro to release two footballs. Coming in a classic box logo version as well as a more abstract patterned ball, it seems that Spring’s bloke core movement is still well and truly about.
