The Italian Maison Valentino leaves its European homebase for New York in its new campaign, merging cultures and talent from all around the world.

Envisioned by Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli and shot by photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the new “L’École” campaign sees Kaia Gerber, Son Ye-jin and Jolin Tsai embrace all things feminine. Valentino’s L’École offering is seen used to redefine our perception of nude, changing the cultural status quo into something much more luxurious, and much more celebrated.

Intimacy bleeds into each shot, emphasising artistic expression in the world’s cultural melting point of a metropole. The vibrant streets of New York City are used as the backdrop of this new campaign, underlining the ever-evolving culture and the cool youthfulness of the East Coast in relation to Valentino and its stars.

If it weren’t for the star-studded cast, the Valentino VLogo Moon Bag would have been the main character of this campaign, with its sensual structure seen slung on Gerber’s wrist. Joining the VLogo Moon Bag is the Valentino Garavani Locò and the Valentino Garavani VSLING, injecting the campaign’s styling with a healthy dose of brand history and archival classics.

The new Valentino L’École offers up a Poplin Short Dress with floral cout-out details, Denim trousers with, again, similar floral details, a series of sling-back mules and slide sandals, gold jewellery, and of course, some Valentino “V” branded bags.

Head to Valentino’s website and boutiques to shop the full collection, now available.
