This year is shaping up to be a big one for Trapstar. Already a well-loved and established name in the streetwear scene, the brand is levelling up with a series of city invasions entitled WE OUTSIDE. Kicking things off where it all began, Trapstar took to the streets of Soho last month to launch their new collection, bringing together London’s hottest underground talent and sending fans into an apparel-induced frenzy.
Now though, they’ve taken on Milan. In collaboration with Dropout, Milan’s leading streetwear destination, Trapstar pulled up to launch an exclusive pop-up and collection. The event marked the release of an exclusive collaborative collection with Sfera Ebbasta – Italian rapper and long time champion of the brand. Dropped to celebrate the release of his new mixtape Italiano, the crossover capsule consisted of tees, hoodies and caps.

Bringing the spirit of London’s dynamic streetwear scene together with one of Italy’s most exciting musical talents, the collaboration represented a cultural meeting of minds – and it’s no surprise that it drew the crowds. Following the winning formula, the Trapstar crew along with Blade, Lancey Foux and Sfera Ebbasta disclosed a location for streetwear fans hoping to hop on the hype, giving out wristbands which would grant them access to Dropout.
Once in the space, shoppers could pick up a series of pieces from Trapstar’s latest capsule collections; encompassing everything from tracksuits to puffers. Prioritising community over consumption, and always sitting ahead of the curve, Trapstar may have stumbled upon a recipe for success – which they will no doubt be bringing to a city near you soon.
