It’s CULTED with BREAKING NEWS. Net-a-Porter has just announced the closure of its UK distribution centre.
The shock closure has meant that both Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter have closed their e-commerce websites in the UK in response to the coronavirus pandemic. Both sites have also now said that they are unable to accept any customer returns.
The company hasn’t yet specified which centre has closed, but both Net-a-Porter and Mr Porter have a warehouse in London, along with their head office.
This comes after Net-a-Porter suspended operation in North America on Wednesday.
There is no word yet when the websites will be back up and running. This has left us wondering which e-commerce platform will be next. Who do you think will follow suit?
