This time, the brand is marking the return of the Nike Air Rift, and to celebrate it, JD hosted an exclusive rooftop gathering in London, bringing together a handpicked mix of creatives, tastemakers, and industry figures to soak in the launch of its new campaign, “It’s a Rift Summer.”
Set against a picturesque backdrop of London, the event transformed Bishop Gate Rooftop into a space dedicated to creativity, personal style and community. Guests spent the evening enjoying DJ-led soundtracks, curated refreshments and a series of interactive experiences designed around the Air Rift’s unique identity.
Central to the activation was a bespoke customisation workshop led by MattB Customs, giving attendees the opportunity to put their own spin on the silhouette. Alongside this, a jewellery-inspired anklet station encouraged guests to further personalise their look, reflecting the campaign’s focus on individuality and self-expression.
First introduced nearly three decades ago, the Nike Air Rift continues to stand out thanks to its distinctive split-toe construction, lightweight feel and versatile design.
