On top of that, the Issey Miyake design studio has launched IM MEN in London, and Craig Green has coupled up with adidas for another Three Stripes link-up. If you like the sound of that, keep reading to see more of the good stuff.

MCM welcomes the Euros to Germany with Jonathan Tah

If last weekend’s Champions League Final wet your football whistle, fear not. The Euros are around the corner. The European Football Championship will be held in Germany this year, and with the event being held on its home turf, MCM has partnered with Bundesliga and Germany player Jonathan Tah. But it gets better. Tah’s first treat to himself as a salaried player was an MCM Stark Backpack, so working with the brand makes complete sense. MCM will release a capsule collection of football-inspired pieces, as well as a limited-edition run of six backpacks, in keeping with Tah’s ties to the logo. Shop the collection here.

Olivia Dean is the face of Ami Paris’ Spring/Summer 2024 campaign, marking her latest venture for the House. Lensed by photographer Vitali Gelwich, the campaign captures Olivia’s easy-going personality, which you might recognise from her catchy neo-soul bangers. Key pieces worn by the star include the ribbed godet dress, belted skirt, and Voulez-Vous wallet strap. We’ll be keeping an eye out for Olivia Dean on the front row this season, for sure.

Massimo Osti has launched its fourth collection, Chapter 04, titled “Exploration in Utility.” The release is the first to be made in collaboration with the multi-functional tools manufacturer Leatherman Tool Group. Much like Osti, who is known for his innovative material innovations, which span sportswear and military-adjacent designs, Leatherman Tool Group has been at the forefront of researching and developing innovative tools and products for everyday use. The collection sees the release of a modular vest and the “ARC©” jacket, which merge utilitarian design tropes with Osti’s typically strong menswear offering.

Back in 2021, Issey Miyake launched IM MEN as a menswear brand that seeks to explore new design possibilities. IM MEN’s products are crafted by a team, with each member combining ideas and techniques from unique perspectives, in-keeping with Issey Miyake’s “piece of cloth” design ethos. The collection draws on the legacy of “im product,” an Issey Miyake brand active between the late ‘70s to the ‘90s, centred on functionality. IM MEN is available to shop at the Issey Miyake Bond Street store.

Givenchy gets graphic for its Men’s RTW Pre-Collection
Givenchy

Givenchy has just released its Men’s Ready-To-Wear pre-collection, which taps into Hubert de Givenchy’s more flamboyant side, which he expressed through formal clothing. A seventies era cat print returns as a camouflage, and blue embellishments adorn sweaters. Other menswear highlights include a classic duffle coat, and 3D monogram-etched denim jacket, in-keeping with the collections strong graphic story. The Voyou welcomes a practical roller bag in aged leather and nylon options, with a G-Trail crossbody messenger continuing the collection’s practical qualities.
