The best way to kick off Paris Fashion Week? Our pop-up in Le Marais with Ellesse, featuring exclusive access to their new SS23 collection, five worldwide DJs playing all-day, and unlimited drinks from Bodega Bay. Sounds like a good start.

Hosted yesterday at an exclusive venue decked out with padel-court lines and rackets, our immersive Community Club pop-up event showcased Ellesse’s ‘Visionaries’ collection which drops today, offering an invite-only list of Community Club members an early preview of the products now released.

The immersive venue was designed to encourage interaction, reflecting a huge part of Ellesse’s ethos which motivates wearers to get involved and #BeBold. Decorated with padel courts, rackets, and balls, the space transported you from Le Marais in Paris to the summery Portuguese set of Ellesse’s ‘Visionaries’ campaign.

Amongst the brand showcase, a rotation of five DJs played throughout the day, with music from Jamo Beatz (London), Youssef Giga (Italy), Yawyqj (France), Armel Bizzman, (France), and Jeune Pouce (France) each filling the space with vibey tracks and keeping the party going.

Kicking off the event was South London DJ, Jamo Beatz, known for his vibrant style, history spotting emerging talent, and work with artists like Migos and Sheck Wes. After boosting the atmosphere to a good level, Jamo swapped out with Youssef Giga, the Italian DJ merging vibes from funk, soul, and UK garage, who continued to keep the crowd rolling in.

As the day pushed on and the pop-up only got busier, French DJ, Yawy, took over the tracks bringing bassy tunes to the table, followed by Armel Bizzman, another Parisian native, who introduced some French rap to the mix. Finally, Ellesse’s Community Club pop-up came to a close with Jeane Pouce – known for also playing at Jacquemus’ after party – heading the finale.

The combination of inviting five unique and talented DJs to play at the pop-up fits into Ellesse’s community-driven ethos, as they each brought a diverse set of skills and styles to the event. Given that Ellesse’s ‘Visionaries’ campaign is led by the power of teamwork, we’d say hosting a pop-up with such a diverse crowd of DJs fits the mould.

Whilst the pop-up might be over, the collection’s finally dropping today so you haven’t missed out yet. To explore the full campaign and collection head to ellesse.com
