Just a few days leading up to KidSuper’s FW25 show in Paris, we got to chat it up with designer Colm Dillane.
Our new episode of Culted Backstage follows Dillane prepping for his FW25 show, where he talks about his new BAPE collab, linking up with installation artist Daniel Wurtzel to build an indoor tornado, and chats music and repurposing telephones. We also catch up with some of the show’s biggest guests – J Balvin, NLE Choppa, Tommy Cash, Jesús Ortiz Paz and Cjay Syre chat about how KidSuper’s changed the game.
The man went all out for his show. The collection and the presentation were insane. Colm really outdid himself by curating all four seasons in one show: presenting patchwork techniques in jackets and pants, upcycling telephones into bags, head-to-toe fur ensembles, sleek briefcases, his own take on tailoring and an all-white ensemble pairing furs with a lightweight cotton skirt over trousers. All that plus, a tornado, new tracks, an opera singer, and more.
Check out our Culted Backstage episode for an exclusive look at BAPE by KidSuper, and inside BTS access to KidSuper’s FW25 collection – taking you from backstage chaos to front-row’s best energy crew.
