Here's the first look at Slawn's Rolex Multiverse.
Earlier this week, the British-Nigerian artist announced the arrival of “The Slawn x Rolex Multiverse” through a webcam-style video, teasing a project that brings together 12 one-of-one Rolex watches and an unusually stacked cast of collaborators from across music, football, fashion, art and nightlife.
Now, we’ve been given our first proper glimpse at what’s coming. Granted, the reveal is currently animated, but the latest preview gives us a better idea of the worlds Slawn has created around each watch, while finally putting names to some of the faces involved.
The confirmed lineup reads like a Slawn guest list pulled straight from the culture Rolodex: Ronaldinho, Verdy, Clint419, Mario Balotelli, ZacFTP, Motherlan, Gunna, Gabriel Moses, David Grutman, Cedric Christie and Lil Yachty, alongside two mystery collaborators who are still being kept under wraps.
Each collaborator has been given their own one-of-one Rolex, with the project designed around the idea of multiple creative worlds existing within the same universe. The collection sees each participant bring their own identity into the process, making every piece its own interpretation of the artist’s Rolex universe.
The project also marks another step in Slawn’s growing relationship with Rolex. His previous hand-painted Rolex project quickly sold out, establishing the artist’s ability to turn the traditionally polished world of luxury watchmaking into something far more chaotic, colourful and connected to contemporary culture.
And judging by the names involved this time around, Slawn is taking that idea considerably further. From football icons like Ronaldinho and Balotelli to rap heavyweights Gunna and Lil Yachty, alongside figures including Clint419, Verdy, Gabriel Moses and Motherlan, the Multiverse feels less like a conventional watch collaboration and more like a snapshot of the different worlds currently orbiting Slawn.
There are still two pieces of the puzzle missing, too. With two mystery collaborators yet to be revealed, the full Multiverse has a couple more surprises left in store.
The official Slawn Rolex Multiverse website opens on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, when we should finally get a closer look at the full collection.
