Last Thursday, Adobe Express took over Drumsheds in North London to host a generational event that had everything from live shows to immersive activities to even food stands from your favourite spots.
Being the quick and easy creative production app for anything, Adobe Express got students involved by getting 25 universities to participate in a nationwide competition that offered weekly prizes like VIP access to meet-and-greets and signed merchandise from the event’s talents. Can’t forget that free entry to their festival either.
Being hosted in Drumsheds, a massive venue known for some of the biggest events in the country, Adobe took full advantage of all the real estate with some unforgettable experiences. For one, it was headlined by Declan McKenna (whose hit track “Brazil” has been blowing up), but also had some crazy performances by Sinead Harnett, a DJ set by Sam Thompson and even some host work by TikTok star Maddie Grace Jepson.
If you got hungry at any time, Adobe had you covered with some top tier food from favourites like Chick ‘n’ Sours, and while you waited for your food, activities like basketball would’ve also kept you busy, too.
The A-List Festival was more than just a one-off event, tapping into young, up-and-coming creatives via Adobe’s Express app that makes creating content simpler and quicker. This is just the beginning for Adobe’s integration into the Gen Z community, with more support for budding creators on the horizon. It’s a win-win, the app is too good fr.
