Move out the way! FLANNELS is bringing Beyonce’s “RENAISSANCE” experience to life

There’s few events we can think of that have had the cultural impact that Beyoncé’s RENAISSANCE album and subsequent world tour has had. In the space of under two years, the project has provided genre-defining album; sampling and building on the greats, Blue Ivy’s breakout stardom (thanks to her dance break cameo on tour), 600 CUSTOM silver designer looks; 150 of which didn’t make the cut, according to Miss Tina Knowles, an industry-wide shift towards metallics in fashion, and now, a dedicated RENAISSANCE tour film, premiering in London tonight. And breathe.


As with any Beyoncé-related event, fans are already going wild for it. TikToks showing construction of the silver carpet in Leicester Square have gone viral, cinema showings are selling out in advance and rumours are swirling as to who will be in town for the premiere. However, the sweetness for the UK BeyHive doesn’t stop there. FLANNELS is providing official RENAISSANCE merch, in the second iteration of the retailer’s partnership with Parkwood Entertainment.

Fans can head over to FLANNELS stores in London, Liverpool, Sheffield and Belfast to get their hands on all things RENAISSANCE – from beauty bits to a 16-piece merch collection which includes fan-adorned tracksuits, tees and fans, obv. The experience aims to highlight the iconic fan looks we saw from throughout the tour, with the wider store playing host to silver and chrome edits, RENAISSANCE fashion rental and dedicated beauty tutorials.

There’ll even be a familiar (long) face in FLANNELS London – Reneigh, the iconic silver horse that Beyoncé performed on throughout the tour. To kick things off, the retailer’s London flagship will be hosting an exclusive fan experience on Friday morning. Get your silver on, and get out there.
