Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya have been stepping correct during their ‘Dune: Part Three’ press tour.
The official tour started at CinemaCon 2026 with a familiar dynamic firmly in place. Zendaya delivered high-concept fashion with cinematic precision, while Timothée Chalamet offered a more understated approach.
Appearing alongside director Denis Villeneuve, Zendaya leaned fully into method dressing with a custom look from Schiaparelli’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection. It was a custom skirt, designed to evoke the shifting sands of Arrakis. Its sharply tailored blazer featured exaggerated, rounded hips and shoulders, while the matching skirt carried through the textured, dune-like effect. Styled by Law Roach, the look translated the film’s desert landscape into couture.
Zendaya completed the outfit with Christian Louboutin’s iconic “So Kate” pumps in a tonal caramel shade and kept accessories minimal. The result was both theatrical and controlled, firmly in line with her reputation for character-driven red carpet dressing.
Timothée Chalamet took a quieter approach for the same appearance. He wore a sand-toned suede jacket layered over a dark top, paired with relaxed trousers that gave the look a more casual feel. The palette of earth browns and blacks evoked the desert sands of ‘Dune’.
With the press tour just getting underway, this first look does not define Timothée Chalamet’s ful fashion direction just yet. What it does signal, though, is a clear preference for comfort and understatement. As more appearances follow, we’ll find out more about how the ‘Dune’ rollout influences Timmy Tim’s wardrobe choices.
