Corteiz and Nike are continuing their partnership with another footwear collaboration, this time turning their attention to the Shox R4 silhouette. The upcoming release sees the London streetwear label put its own spin on one of Nike's most recognisable trainers from the early 2000s.
Corteiz founder Clint 419 offered fans an early glimpse of the collaboration through his personal Instagram account, revealing a metallic silver version of the Nike Shox R4. The design retains the trainer's distinctive futuristic shape, complete with its signature Shox cushioning columns at the heel, while introducing subtle details associated with the British streetwear brand.
First introduced in 2000, the Nike Shox R4 became known for its unconventional design and mechanical cushioning technology. More than two decades later, the silhouette has found a new audience as the revival of early 2000s sportswear continues to influence contemporary streetwear.
While the silver colourway has taken centre stage in the initial preview, promotional footage suggests that black and royal blue versions could also be on the way, potentially bringing the collection to three different colourways.
The collaboration is also expected to extend beyond footwear, with reports pointing towards a full apparel collection featuring tracksuits, technical vests, jerseys, base layers and shorts. Each piece is understood to complement the footwear, bringing together Corteiz's streetwear identity with Nike's performance-driven designs.
The upcoming release adds another chapter to a partnership that has already produced some of the most talked-about sneaker drops in recent years. From the Air Max 95 to the Air Trainer Huarache, Corteiz and Nike have built a reputation for combining distinctive designs with unconventional marketing campaigns and highly anticipated releases.
The Corteiz x Nike Shox R4 collection is expected to arrive during Fall 2026, with official pricing and release details yet to be confirmed.
