adidas Originals and London-based skate and surf label Always Do What You Should Do (ADWYSD) are back with another collaboration, this time putting a playful spin on the sportswear giant's Climacool 1 silhouette. Building on their existing partnership, the latest release combines technical footwear with the British brand's distinctive graphics and laid-back approach to design.
At the centre of the collection are two interpretations of the Climacool 1, each incorporating a series of subtle details that reference ADWYSD's identity. The first features a neoprene upper covered in a custom weather map print, while the second opts for a breathable mesh construction with an integrated neoprene bootie. Both pairs are finished with glow-in-the-dark ventilation panels, lenticular heel branding and embroidered messages hidden behind the tongues.
Elsewhere, founder Nick Mason's handwritten branding appears along the side panels, while sand-filled bubbles on the tongues add another unexpected detail. The brand's familiar "Peace at Every Step" messaging also features throughout, bringing a personal touch to the technical silhouette.
Beyond the sneakers, the partnership introduces a comfort flip-flop featuring Climacool mesh straps, neoprene lining and a camouflage footbed. The footwear is accompanied by a grey tracksuit, comprising a hooded top with oversized ADWYSD branding across the back and matching trousers with removable lower legs, allowing them to be worn as shorts.
The collection continues ADWYSD's growing relationship with adidas Originals, bringing together the German brand's performance-led design and the London label's skate-inspired aesthetic. With a focus on versatility, the pieces are designed to move between everyday wear and time spent on the board.
The adidas Originals x Always Do What You Should Do collection launches on October 28 through the adidas CONFIRMED app, adidas.com, ADWYSD and selected retailers. The weather map edition of the Climacool 1 will be available exclusively through ADWYSD and CONFIRMED.
