Festival season may not start til a few month’s time, but that doesn’t mean you can’t start planning your summer of open-air music, with festivals now announcing their lineup. Parklife is the latest to unveil its belter of a lineup, and trust us, this is not one you want to miss.
Set in the heart of the English music scene, Parklife is an annual festival, taking place in Manchester’s Heaton Park. This year, the two-day event will take place between the 8 and 9 of July, bringing together a wide array of musical genres for a cultural immersion thanks to the city’s historical status and its globally recognised club institution, The Warehouse Project.
One of the best ones to date, the 2024 Parklife roundup is looking hefty. Starting off with one of the biggest artists of our time, Doja Cat will be performing for the first time as a UK festival headliner. Disclosure is the second act to headline Parklife for a UK Festival Exclusive. If you couldn’t tell, Parklife is levelling it up this year.
Joining the roster of incredible talent this year is the music producer and rapper Kaytranada, the Boiler Room sensation Peggy Gou, the award-snatching Becky Hill, electronic musician Four Tet, and the “Rockabye” singer Anne-Marie.
Parklife attendees will also be able to enjoy a healthy dose of throwback music with the Sugababes or get down with some electro sounds by the duo CamelPhat, as part of the European Exclusive Debut of Fisher & Chris Lake present Under Construction. There will be over 150 artists, such as the likes of Digga D, Nia Archives, Hybrid Minds, Shy FX: Specials, Jyoty, and a whole lot more coming to Heaton Park to join the experience.
Pre-sale tickets will be available from January 25 at 10 a.m., and general sale on January 26, also at 10 a.m., with ticket prices starting from £129.50. We know it sounds tempting, so head here to grab your 2024 Parklife tickets, because you certainly don’t want to feel the FOMO of watching this festival through your friends’ Instagram stories.
