We’re finally getting a Palace x Carhartt WIP collab

Palace Skateboards and Carhartt WIP, perhaps two of the most iconic streetwear-infused brands, have finally decided it’s time to team up. The brands’ collaborative collection, featuring heavy-duty work inspired apparel, is dropping on September 15th, and honestly just looking at it is making us want to drive a forklift.

Blending the aesthetics of Palace’s London-born roots in skate culture with Carhartt WIP’s traditionally American blue collar aesthetic, the collection’s fit for the elements without losing a shred of style. It’s a collab that’s crossed the Atlantic, and that much is clear in how the designs blend US and British cultures seamlessly without losing sight of either brand’s roots.

The collab includes a variety of practical everyday-wear, including hoodies and pocket T-shirts with both brands’ faded oversize logos on the back, as well as knit beanies in a range of earthy hues. Plus, with the warm weather slowly making its exit this week, Palace x Carhartt WIP’s range of Michigan coats in “Hamilton Brown,” “Dollar Green” camo and wax/black pinstripe are perfect for layering.

Each jacket comes with a matching double knee pant that can be paired or contrasted with the rest of the collection, and there’s even a bib overall in the same “Hamilton Brown” hue for the days you really want to get stuck in. With only four days left till the limited collaboration drops, you’ll find us watching Palace’s website and hunting stores to get our hands on a piece. Will you be copping the collection?
