Making some of the hardest handmade shoes in the game, Santoni’s attention to detail is unmatched - and they’re dropping a book all about it for their 50th anniversary.
Titled Santoni Meraviglia, the book runs through the family-led workshop’s artisanal shoes that, from its humble origins in Corridonia, has now become an inspiration for its craftsmanship all around the world. From the hand-colouring process to the detail on each piece for their signature patina, every aspect of the craft is covered - to the point where it really captures the intangible ethos of the brand.
It also features imagery shot by Oliver Pilcher, with insights from Chairman and Executive President Giuseppe Santoni and an exclusive look into the archive full of rare pieces.
Like we said, it’s all about craftsmanship, celebrating something they’ve been refining for 50 years now - and you can see it in every stitch, curve and colour of their shoes. Really for the perfectionists.
Go check out the book for yourself, available on May 28th.
