KidSuper has teamed up with Canada Goose as part of a multi-year partnership with the National Basketball Association. The launch of the collaboration coincides with the announcement of Canada Goose’s newest brand ambassador, NBA All-Star Shai Gilgeous-Alexander.
The collaboration is reflective of KidSuper’s community-focused approach, which spans across art, music, culture and sports, where maximalist designs turn clothing into wearable art.
KidSuper founder Colm Dillane’s artwork is integral to the collection, with pieces featuring two unique works. The first, titled “Purple Crowd,” depicts an abstract group of fans in a stadium, paying homage to the electrifying bond and human connection felt when watching sports in shared spaces. The second artwork, “Landscape,” illustrates snowy mountain peaks with frozen waters below, exemplifying Canada Goose’s “Live in the Open” ethos.
Key pieces from the collection include a Reversible Fleece Jacket, a Reversible Vest for KidSuper, a Crofton Puffer, and a Jacquard Toque, with each item aligning with Canada Goose’s promise to inspire and enable all people to thrive in the outside world.
The KidSuper x Canada Goose and NBA collection evokes a sense of childlike wonder where bold designs meet luxury performance apparel. Lookbook shots showcase clothing worn in the wild, capturing Canada Goose’s outdoor roots alongside KidSuper’s art-focused sensibility, where outerwear is emblazoned with art, nodding to Canada Goose’s practical appeal, which is loved in the Big Apple as much as in snow-capped mountains.
