ASICS and GmbH’s longstanding, flourishing collaborative partnership is continued with the release of more colorways of the GEL-Quantum 360. Previously in FW20, the Berlin-based label released a trifecta of brightly-decorated sneakers, with each pair having asymmetrical, mismatched color schemes and eclectic material combinations; this release is one and the same, with the two colorways being released combining black, white, metallic gold and yellow in different combinations.
The GEL-Quantum 360 utilises ASICS’ 360 sole unit, one boasting immense comfort benefits as well as looking the part, appearing as an aggressive, jagged, semi-translucent gel sculpture. The sole unit has proved incredibly popular, especially on collaborative outputs with Angelo Baque’s Awake NY, as well as killer general releases ASICS are known to push out on the regular.
Neither ASICS or GmbH have announced the sneaker’s release date, so we’ll have to sit tight and be patient.
