We all know Prada is the GOAT when it comes its collections that break norms, create trends, and think outside the box, but what are the highlights from Prada's runways? Today, we wanna put a spotlight on some of the hardest accessories Prada's Menswear shows have ever debuted, from gorpy sneakers to high fashion headwear. Keep reading to find out.
Prada does footwear right
We all know Prada for its fine fitted tailoring (thanks to Raf) and ugly-chic aesthetic (thanks to Miuccia), but you need to get Prada's footwear on your radar rn too. The house has famously dropped some grailed sneakers in its time, from the futuristic creps of Fall 2020 to the Fall 2018 sneakers that everyone and their nan owns. They run the game when it comes to loafers too, as seen in the Fall 2023 zipper-detail shoes.
Headwear you won't wanna take off
Prada head gear might be the most underrated Menswear accessory on this list. Despite being some of the hardest pieces we've ever seen - who could get enough of a fur biker helmet?? - these hats are so rare. Prada's also known for its "swim cap" style headwear, first seen at Men's Fall 2007 in the form of a beanie, and it's iconic puffer hats.
When it comes to bags, Prada gets it
Everyone remembers the viral bottle cap bags from Prada's Fall 2023 Menswear show, but that isn't the only viral piece we wanna talk about today. The hiking kit-inspired bags from Prada's Spring 2017 show were also super memorable, as were the Spring 2011 wrist bags.
And more of the weird and wonderful
Lastly, the "misc" section. Here we've rounded up some of the random objects and accessories Prada's dropped over the years, from furry belts to robot-themed earrings.
