Louis Vuitton is heading for the mountains, with Pharrell Williams unveiling the French fashion house's Men's Ski Collection for 2027. Bringing together technical performance and luxury design, the new offering takes inspiration from '90s skiwear, delivering a wardrobe designed to look just as good on the slopes as it does away from them.
At the heart of the collection is a selection of cold-weather essentials, with oversized outerwear, technical trousers and insulated layers taking centre stage. A Monogram Macassar parka arrives alongside matching ripstop trousers, while a denim-effect ski set introduces corduroy detailing. Elsewhere, a snowboarding hoodie comes equipped with a fleece lining and built-in ventilated faceguard, proving that functionality hasn't been overlooked.
Performance is a major focus, with water-repellent, PFAS-free fabrics used throughout the collection. Waterproof fastenings, ventilation systems and specially designed compartments for phones and goggles are incorporated into the garments, alongside adjustable trouser systems that accommodate snowboard boots.
Away from the slopes, Pharrell introduces a more relaxed approach to alpine dressing. A shearling trucker jacket is printed to resemble denim, while a fleece jacket recreates the appearance of traditional cable-knit knitwear. The mountain-inspired LV Summit pattern also makes an appearance across a knitted blouson, with snowflake graphics and Monogram Argyle motifs adding to the winter aesthetic.
A shimmering wool jacket woven with metallic threads recreates the appearance of freshly fallen snow, paired with corduroy trousers featuring Monogram satin turn-ups. It's an unexpected take on eveningwear, designed with mountain retreats in mind.
The Keepall 25, Discovery backpack and Trio Messenger arrive in reflective white Monogram canvas, while the Christopher backpack and Speedy P9 30 are reworked in shearling and suede. Footwear rounds things off with weather-resistant LV Trainers, shearling-lined styles, chunky LV City Ranger boots and suede slip-ons.
With the 2027 collection, Pharrell continues to expand Louis Vuitton's menswear universe, bringing the house's signature luxury into the world of winter sports. Whether you're carving through the mountains or simply dressing for the colder months, there's plenty to get stuck into.
