Kylie Jenner made an unexpected appearance at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, stepping onto the runway for the first time wearing a diamond-covered Fantasy Bra valued at an eye-watering $50 million USD.

The beauty mogul and KHY founder was among the biggest surprises of the evening, marking her Victoria’s Secret debut with the return of one of the lingerie brand’s most recognisable runway creations. Last seen in 2018, the Fantasy Bra has been reimagined in collaboration with luxury jewellery house Jacob & Co., taking the concept to an entirely new level.

Designed by renowned jeweller Jacob Arabo, the extravagant piece was constructed entirely from precious metals and gemstones, with no traditional fabric used in its creation. Taking inspiration from Jacob & Co.’s Rare Touch Jewelry Collection, the design required more than 1,000 hours of craftsmanship from a team of 15 artisans, who assembled over 3,200 individual components to create a structure that moves naturally with the body.

At the centre of the design sits a 75.54-carat yellow diamond, surrounded by more than 4,400 additional diamonds weighing a combined 1,373 carats. With its $50 million price tag, the creation reportedly becomes the most expensive Fantasy Bra in Victoria’s Secret history.

Jenner completed the look with a silver thong, a shimmering white miniskirt, transparent heels and oversized feathered wings, embracing the theatrical styling that has become synonymous with the annual show. Watching from the audience were her mother, Kris Jenner, and partner Timothée Chalamet.

The Fantasy Bra has previously been worn by some of the industry's biggest supermodels, including Claudia Schiffer, Adriana Lima and Alessandra Ambrosio. Its last appearance came in 2018, when Elsa Hosk wore the jewellery-covered design before the show entered a lengthy hiatus.

For Jenner, the moment marked another step into the fashion spotlight, adding a high-profile runway appearance to her growing portfolio of fashion and beauty ventures.
