Jaden Smith is officially stepping into a new era at Christian Louboutin.
After being appointed as the luxury house's first-ever Men's Creative Director in 2025, the multi-hyphenate has now revealed his first complete menswear offering for Fall/Winter 2026.
Presented through an immersive exhibition experience, the collection extends beyond footwear and accessories, offering the clearest insight yet into Smith's creative vision for the brand. The showcase blends fashion, art, photography and storytelling, reflecting the cross-disciplinary approach that has defined much of his career across music, film and design.
Rather than simply reinventing Christian Louboutin's signature codes, Smith appears focused on building a dialogue between the house's heritage and his own perspective. Drawing inspiration from historical working professions, the collection references figures such as stonemasons, scribes and doctors, combining traditional craftsmanship with a more futuristic, conceptual outlook.
Footwear remains at the heart of the offering. Familiar Louboutin silhouettes are reworked through Smith's lens, with classic dress shoes, Chelsea boots and loafers receiving unconventional updates. Across the collection, formal footwear is fused with outdoor and utility-inspired details, creating pieces that blur the lines between traditional tailoring and contemporary lifestyle dressing.
The collection also introduces an expanded range of leather goods and accessories. Bags, belts and everyday carry pieces sit alongside the footwear offering, reinforcing a cohesive vision rather than a standalone shoe collection.
Smith's appointment initially raised eyebrows across the fashion industry, with some questioning the decision to place a celebrity figure at the helm of a heritage luxury brand. However, Christian Louboutin himself cited Smith's creativity, cultural influence and ability to connect with a younger generation as key reasons behind the move. Since taking on the role, Smith has reportedly immersed himself in the craftsmanship behind the brand, spending time with artisans and manufacturers in Italy to better understand the foundations of luxury shoemaking.
The debut collection signals the beginning of a new chapter for Christian Louboutin Mens, one that looks to balance tradition with experimentation. For Smith, it's also his most substantial fashion project to date, moving beyond collaborations and personal labels to take the reins of one of luxury fashion's most recognisable names.
The Christian Louboutin Men's Fall/Winter 2026 collection is available now through the brand's global retail network and online channels.
