Rihanna is still not dropping that album but what she is dropping is new colourways from her FENTY x PUMA Avanti sneaker.
The shoe known for its drop-down folded extended tongue is arriving in a Dark Myrtle and Club Navy, in men’s, women's and children’s sizing. The sombre colours are added to the high-quality leather found all over the upper of the football boot-inspired shoe, notably PUMA’s King boot.
Design wise, the Avanti sneaker remains unchanged. It is still constructed with white and brown rubber outsoles and laces that match the colour of its upper. The tongue features co-branding with PUMA’s signature feline logo.
The collaboration between Rihanna’s brand and the German sportswear brand started back in 2015, with the Avanti coming out that very same year. This sneaker is the pinnacle of both worlds combined, nodding to PUMA’s long-standing history with sportswear, notably football, and Rihanna’s timeless style.
The FENTY x PUMA Avanti sneaker in its new colourways will drop on PUMA’s website and at select retailers on November 2.
