Drake’s OVO is taking its Toronto identity back to the baseball diamond, joining forces with Major League Baseball for a new 2026 collection.
At the centre of the release is the Toronto Blue Jays, with OVO also producing pieces for the New York Yankees, Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago White Sox and Houston Astros. The collection moves between traditional baseball references and OVO’s more understated streetwear language.
The offering includes varsity jackets, baseball jerseys, hoodies, layered pieces and graphic T-shirts, with each team receiving its own take on the collaboration. Team insignia is paired with OVO branding throughout, bringing the world of professional baseball into the brand’s established visual identity.
The partnership also feels like a natural extension of OVO’s wider history in fashion. Drake’s Toronto-focused creative project evolved into a clothing label in 2011, initially through collaborations with Canadian institution Roots before expanding into its own seasonal collections. Since then, OVO has built its reputation through a series of high-profile partnerships spanning Canada Goose, Jordan Brand, BAPE and Clarks, while its sports collaborations have helped blur the line between Drake’s music, his hometown and the clothes associated with both.
That connection to sport has been particularly important to OVO. The label has previously worked across basketball, football and other sporting worlds, making the MLB partnership another step in its ongoing use of team culture as a foundation for streetwear.
For the latest collection, however, the Blue Jays remain the focal point. Given OVO’s deep connection to Toronto, the pairing feels less like a straightforward licensing deal and more like an extension of the city-first identity that has helped define the label since its early days.
The OVO x MLB 2026 collection is available now through OVO’s online store.
