Drumsheds has made waves ever since it opened in October, being London’s biggest cultural space and events venue, boasting a 1500-person capacity across three main rooms and a performing lineup to match.

As part of its inaugural season, the North London venue has hosted numerous heavy hitters, with more still to come. Headliners include Skepta, Bicep, Hot Chip, and Sugababes, with over 300 supporting artists in the lineup. Not slowing down, the 608,000 square foot space is moving with a four-on-the-floor rhythm into next year, with a curated music programme which includes Bonobo, Chase & Status, Adam Beyer, Shy Fx, Craig David, Amelie Lens, and a second edition of False Idols, with more to be announced.

Unlike other event spaces, Drumsheds is looking to break the mould, creating a concept that reflects its reputation. As part of this initiative, the venue nodded to its size and the dedication it takes to build something of this size, portraying the journey and unflinching commitment of bodybuilders in a campaign video titled “Big is Beautiful.”

Throughout the high-octane, adrenaline-fuelled video, we hear of the trials and tribulations of building muscle before the main female protagonist features in shots which progressively zoom out, showing Drumsheds’ immense size and ability to dwarf even the most serious of bodybuilders.

If this lineup has got your two-stepping tootsies twitching, head to the Drumsheds website and grab your tickets while you can.
