Who would’ve thought that the announcement of Green Day and Lady Gaga’s return to the mainstage wouldn’t be the biggest news of the night? That’s because Travis Scott's taking over Coachella 2025, stating that he will be “designing the dessert,” to curate an immersive experience for the festival with his distinct Cactus Jack designs.
Alongside the aforementioned names, other notable performers include Post Malone, Charli XCX and Missy Elliot. It’s a pretty star-studded lineup with a wide range of big names from multiple different genres, from GloRilla to Beabadobee to even The Dare.
Fans are also speculating that a new Travis album might be around the corner, saying on his own Coachella IG post, “NEW CHAPTER NEW SOUND - YALL GOT TILL APRIL CAUSE IM COMING.” With it being over a year since he gave us Utopia after a five-year hiatus, it seems like it’s about time we get another album from him.
