In 2023, Llama Inn, a cult restaurant from Brooklyn, NY, opened in Shoreditch, taking over the rooftop at The Hoxton. Last week, the restaurant joined forces with tequila brand Casamigos for curated weekends featuring small plates, cocktails, and a line-up of bands and DJs.
The weekend-long events kick off on Thursdays with South American sounds, on Fridays, Latin House takes over the decks, and on Saturdays, the soundtrack spans afro-house, house, and disco.
Led by Juan Correa and Chef Erik Ramirez, Llama Inn has become a cult favourite on New York’s food scene, picking up several awards along the way, including a place on the New York Times’ Top 100 Restaurants List 2023. Following this success, the pair went on to launch Llama San in Manhattan in 2019 and Llama Inn Madrid in 2022.

The restaurant draws inspiration from Erik’s Peruvian-American background, infused with a playful, modern edge. The London’s kitchen is headed up by Marcin Maliczowski, who has worked at famed Peruvian chef Gastón Acurio’s Barcelona restaurant Yakumanaka.
The collab with Casamigos includes a litany of Casamigos-based cocktails from savoury takes on spicy marks to classic frozen margaritas.
