Beats by Dre just linked up with Manchester’s own, global ambassador and footballer Kobbie Mainoo, taking him straight off the pitch and into a new campaign with rising British rapper Nemzzz right behind him. Shot in Manchester (ofc), the campaign called “Run the Track” is soundtracked to Nemzzz’ song “ABC” and sees Kobbie repping Beats’ Powerbeats Pro 2 and Nemzzz in the Beats Studio Pro.
As per, Beats’ “Run the Track” campaign is about spotlighting the immersive quality of its gear, seen on the go as its global ambassador Kobbie Mainoo and rapper Nemzzz walk through the city of Manchester listening to “ABC.” As Kobbie’s said about the link up, it comes naturally, elaborating that, “Ever since I was a kid, music has been a big part of my life!”
When he’s not got his head in the game as Manchester midfielder, Kobbie Mainoo is listening to one of his many playlists. “Nowadays, I have specific playlists to get me in the zone for different moments in my life, like staying locked in during training, or getting ready for a big game. I’ve always been a huge fan of Beats, so I’m really excited to be able to work together.”
