Is anyone else in a cosy mood? With the colder seasons having come upon us once again, there couldn’t have been a better time for Jorja Smith and Clarks Originals to come out with their collaborative shoe.
The 26 year old musician knows what’s up when it comes to fashion, often seen sporting an undeniable Rihanna-esque style. Her collaboration with Clarks gives us insight on how to dress like Smith once the concert is over and the voice-soothing ginger teas have been brought out – though the shoes still warrant their own on-camera time.
Announced with a campaign starring Smith, of course, the collaboration is a riff off of Clarks’ Desert Nomad shoe that comes in a mule form, the first time the signature piece has had its heel cut off, so to speak.
The shoe boasts Sciarada EVOLO suede upper, a more sustainable offering compared to traditional suede, as well as laces made out of recycled materials. The shoe features peeking white stitch details, as well as co-branded tags, and comes in an all-black and an all-white version.
The Clarks Originals x Jorja Smith Desert Nomad mule will drop online on October 21.
