Supreme and Timberland are back… but not for footwear. Instead, the brands are teaming up to launch an apparel collection which takes inspiration from footwear. Meta.
Both brands are major players in the New York City streetwear game, and their second collab teases a range of hoodies, fleece zip-ups and beanies – perfect for sweater weather. The famous Timberland’s boot, embraced by NYC’s ’90s and 00s inhabitants alike, is graphically referenced with the iconic shoe prints appearing on a fleecey two piece.
Co-branded outerwear features the Supreme logo reworked to be in Timberland’s logo font. Rugby shirts, heavyweight hoodies, and trousers also feature in the collection, and feature a more toned down cobranding option than the all-over-boot-print.
Despite collabing on footwear in the past, releasing some baby blue Supreme x Timberland boots, the two brands’ ongoing collaboration is indicative of the power in collaborating to celebrate classic New York City street style.
