You know what time it is…welcome to your weekly Friday briefing. This week was jam-packed with exciting collabs, with Blackpink’s Lisa’s new signature and new music to add to our spotify playlists (thank you Charles Jeffrey). From Maximillian’s Ferragamo releasing their first capsule collection with pieces from their latest runway show to Holzweiler’s new campaign getting us in the Christmas spirit there’s a lot to unpack this week.

If you want to know the ins and outs of all of the best things that dropped this week, keep on reading.

ARIES X NEW BALANCE X AS ROMA…THEY SHOOT & THEY SCORE
New Balance and Aries have won this with their latest collaboration for the AS Roma team for their Japanese tour. The collection will feature actual gear that the players can wear in action and features the clubs signature yellow and red colourways on the kits and socks. They of course didn’t miss when it came to the goalkeeper’s jersey, inspired by trash culture and outsider art synonymous with the Aries brand. The collection also features a “Pre-Game” collection with the AS Roma crest on the jersey and a monochromatic black tracksuit and a limited-edition silver and gold metallic jersey. Where do we sign-up to join the team?

PARIAH CORP’S SS23 LAUNCH IS FRIGHTFULLY GOOD
When a brand hits the ground running with a debut that already has a strong brand identity, you know they’re going to be in it for the long – haul. Launching their Spring-Summer 23 collection based on the cult classic and one of the first horror films “m “The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari”, Pariah Corp created a collection that is a much needed perversion of corporate wear with abstract shapes and distorted proportions with ghastly prints their unusual take on fashion is a breath of fresh air. One thing we’ll say is that the  tailoring is to die for.

CHIVAS IS( K-)POPPING A NEW BOTTLE WITH BLACKPINK’S LISA
As Lisa once said, it’s time to “drop some money” on her new limited edition bottle in collaboration with Chivas. Their signature luxury Chiva 18 year old blend was blessed with a touch of LaLisa as she added her own design to the classic bottle. Not only this but fans of the whisky and Lisa can now add a new cocktail to their Friday night rotation. ‘Pink Spice’ is the Blackpink members newest cocktail and all we can say is we’re almost too ready  to try it. Lisa being their first ever female face in Asia will make the cocktail even sweeter and hopefully help ease the hangover.

MONCLER HAVE BEEN DOING THE MOST
The Moncler macrocosm has been expanding with their 70th anniversary. With the celebrations comes a reinvention of one of their most iconic designs. In an ode to the timeless Maya jacket the Italian luxury brand kickstarted a new series entitled “MAYA Activation 70”. Enlisting seven of the most influential designers, the series sees each designer giving their take on the jacket. Taking place over seven weeks, beginning in October with a designer launching a reiteration of the Maya Jacket each week, the brand sees their beloved jacket reimagined in various forms and aesthetics. Rick Owens, Thom Browne and Hiroshi Fujiwara are just a few of the powerhouses that have taken part. Following on from this the brand showcased an exhibition “The Extraordinary Expedition” around the world in London, New York and Seoul. With an immersive experience mimicking the feel and sensations of being on a mountain, the brand is pulling all the stops to pay tribute to their signature Maya Activation Jacket.
