Sneakers are super subjective, especially in the Culted office, but we got together and rounded up some of our favourites. From Prada America’s Cups to Otto 958’s first ASICS collab, reminiscing about the Off-White x Nike Jordan 1 Chicago, and some Comme des Garçons and Nike action, take a look at the trainers we’re into below.
Comme des Garçons x Nike Air Foamposite One

When Nike and CDG collaborate, it usually results in some seriously sick sneakers. The latest collaborative Foamposite One ticks all the right boxes. This time around, the exterior shell was customized to feature a 3D ripple effect and worked with a white streak on the tongue and heel tab to subtly contrast. We don't know anyone who isn't into these.
Off-White x Nike Jordan 1 Chicago “The Ten”
When Virgil Abloh designed “The Ten” in 2017, one deconstructed silhouette stood out: The Off-White x Nike Jordan 1 Chicago. Normally, when something is as iconic as the Air Jordan 1, changing it up is not something we’d encourage. But when you’re Virgil Abloh, and you subtly deconstruct the Jordan 1 in a way that aligns with its heritage, you create sneaker history.
Prada America’s Cup
Prada released the America’s Cup sneaker in 1997 for the Prada Luna Rossa sailing team. We can’t say they see much of that action in the Culted office, but they make a solid pub stomper, and they go with just about everything.
ASICS Men’s OTTO 958 x Gel Flexkee 958
These low-profile sneakers merge football-esque flappy tongues with a vulcanised skate shoe-style sneaker, courtesy of Kiko Kostadinov’s collaboration with LA-based art gallery Morán Morán, Otto 958 and ASICS. A fashion and art link-up is always a treat, especially when it results in super sick sneakers.
Yohji Yamamoto adidas Yuuto Flower Tenet 2001
To quote our TikTok editor, Aura, “The Yohji Yamamoto adidas Yuuto Flower Tenet is my dream shoe, as in I dream about this shoe. I would do anything for this shoe. It’s so pretty I could cry.” These sneakers are a work of art, and when Palace and Y-3 re-released the Yuuto in November 2023, it reminded us just how sick these sneakers are.
Roa Katharina
Roa is fashion’s favourite hiking sneaker thanks to its belter blend of rugged trail-ready features and fashion-forward design. The Roa Katharina is a mega blend of form and function that looks as good on the front row as the forest and it gets a big yes from us.
New Balance 1906L
Is it a sneaker, a loafer, or a "snoafer?" The New Balance 1906L is the latest in a string of hybrid shoes/sneakers, bringing New Balance’s running-rooted comfort to the timeless slip-on silhouette of the loafer. What isn’t there to love?
