It’s a big year for Levi’s®, who are celebrating the 150th anniversary of one of its most loved silhouettes, the 501® jean. As part of their year-long celebrations highlighting the global cultural impact of the iconic fit, we’re excited to be partnering with @LevisLondon. After the release of the series of short films “The Greatest Story Ever Worn” that dive into true, unique stories surrounding the piece, it’s only natural that its month-long activations and celebrations are even bigger, highlighting the global cultural impact of the iconic 501® jean. CROCS IS COLLABORATING WITH THE PARIS-BASED SATISFY

Changing the status quo on technical outerwear, the footwear brand Crocs is collaborating with the performance label Satisfy to create a new Clog shoe made for desert exploring, river chasing and urban city-scapes. Made in a “Bone” and “Black” colourway, the Satisfy x Crocs Classic Clog is made out of Crocs’ classic holed-rubber sole and features a neoprene upper adjustable with a chord for extra security. Coming with its own nylon bag pouch to fit the clogs in, the collaborative shoe is now available for purchase on Crocs’ website.

JUSTINE CLENQUET IS INTRODUCING BAGS TO ITS ROSTER

The accessories brand Justine Clenquet is known for its jewellery, but now the French brand is expanding into the handbag territory. The first-ever “Dylan” bag makes its entrance in a metallic vinyl in 8 different glossy colours, as well as landing in a black matte leather for a quieter look. Inspired by 00s and 90s designs, the Dylan is handcrafted in Portugal, and comes with its very own hookable and interchangeable Y2K charms, some of which come in a teddy bear or heart shape. Priced between £296 and £377, Justine Clenquet’s bags are now available online.

VALENTINO’S ESCAPE CAPSULE MAKES US WANT TO HEAD SOMEWHERE SUNNY

Ahead of summer, Valentino heads to the Mediterranean for its Escape 2023 capsule collection which makes us want to do just that: escape to a warmer climate. Effortless style is the centrefold of this collection, made to be enjoyed relaxing by the beach, with swimwear, open shirts, cover ups and head scarves seen in loud prints. To celebrate the arrival of this new collection, Valentino is hosting immersive experiences around the world, from Mykonos to Saint Tropez.

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH EUPHORIA’S RELEASE DATE
It’s a sad day for all “Euphoria” lovers out there, as the show’s third season release has been pushed back to 2025. This news comes after HBO’s Drama Chief Francesca Ors stated that director Sam Levinson is busy dealing with post editing of his other HBO drama show “The Idol”. With an initial plan to start production of “Euphoria” season 3 sometime this year, fans were hopeful that the show would air in 2024, but will now have to wait an extra year to see Zendaya, Alexa Demie and Sydney Sweeney back on their screens.

THE SACAI X CLARKS COLLABORATION IS A REIMAGED CHUNKY SHOE
First seen in sacai’s SS23 collection, creative director Chitose Abe reimagines the classic Clarks’ Wallabee in a chunky rendition. With a black sole that features a tooth-like bottom, the shoe comes in both a black leather and beige suede version. The collaboration between sacai and Clarks also sees a second pair of shoes, this one being more subdued with a lower-rise sole, also coming in the two different colourways. So far a Japan-exclusive, the collaborative shoes are available on sacai’s website for £670.

GAETANO PESCE LOOKS BACK AT HIS CAREER IN A NEW BOOK

The Italian artist, architect and design pioneer who worked with Bottega Veneta last month on a series of limited-edition handbags Gaetano Pesce sees his life’s work compiled into a new book, composed by author Glenn Adamson. Titled “Gaeatano Pesce: The Complete Incoherence”, the book will dive into some of Pesce’s most influential and defining works, as well as being accompanied by dialogues between him and Adamson. Not only does “The Complete Incoherence” dive into Pesce’s work, but also his own personal life, with never-seen-before images of childhood drawings and family photos. The book is set to land on June 28, published by Salon 94.

ANOTHER NEIGHBORHOOD X ADIDAS COLLABORATION JUST LANDED

Giant sportswear brand adidas and Japanese fashion label NEIGHBORHOOD are no stranger to each other, having worked together on the ADIMATIC shoe last year, the two are now releasing a new collaboration. Taking on the NMD 1 in two iterations – “N KNIT” and “N BOOT” – adidas x NEIGHBORHOOD are delivering some heavy hitters in a black colour, both featuring co-branding on the sole. The “N KNIT” comes in a mid-rise silhouette with a Primeknit mesh upper finished off with some white zigzag stitching, while th “N BOOT” features black suede panelling and hardware buckles for fastening on some nylon straps. Both pairs are now available on NEIGHBORHOOD’s website and select retailers.
