The vintage luxury trend is no doubt here to stay, and competition for these coveted second-hand items is higher than ever. But this also means that some of these products don’t come cheap!

Popular resale site Vestiaire Collective currently features a Gianni Versace jacket for over $7000, and one of the iconic Louis Vuitton Lexington bags for almost $60,000! And it’s not just dedicated resale sites where you can pick up vintage luxury, auction houses are getting involved in the trend too.

Let’s not forget that Sotheby’s sold a pair of Michael Jordan’s Air Jordan 1s from 1985 last month for an insane $560,000, making them the most expensive pair of trainers in the world!

But don’t be disheartened, vintage shopping doesn’t always need to be costly! On Ebay and Vestiaire Collective you can cop  Nike, LV and Prada products for under $100, while also being kind to the planet.

So, do you guys shop vintage? Let us know below.
