CELINE MAKES US WANT TO GO DRIVING

Created for CELINE’s “La Collection de Saint-Tropez”, the Riviera-themed offering introduces a vintage mini Moke, a convertible motor vehicle inspired by French actress Brigite Bardot’s go-to car. Creative director Hedi Slimane was inspired by the coastal town, having left California a decade ago to live there. The car itself features CELINE’s Triomphe symbol on its wooden steering wheel, gear stick and wheels, as well as in a monogram form on the roof’s canvas hood.
