Tommy Hilfiger’s latest Tommy Jeans campaign, spotlighting its Tommy Girl Fall 2025 capsule collection is here. We linked up with one of the It-girls starring in the campaign, singer Samara Cyn, to find out what it was like shooting with Tommy Hilfiger in the streets of NYC.

What does Tommy Girl mean to you?
“When I think of Tommy Girl, it makes me think of Aaliyah and, like, the iconic figures that I saw as a kid that were highlighted wearing Tommy.”
And what was it like shooting this campaign with Tommy?
“It was cool because the rest of the cast for the campaign were really cool, and doing unique things in their [own] respective lanes, so it was exciting connecting. It felt like meeting up with strangers but leaving as friends, so that was really nice.

Do you have any specific stories from on the shoot or any moments that stood out?
“We had phones to take selfies, because the whole campaign was paparazzi-style shots. So we had real phones and then we had fake phones and it was an ongoing joke that people who got the fake phone didn't want it, because they would rather just have a real phone. There were a few times where we would pass [the fake phones] around and be like, 'Oh, I don't want this one'. We weren't actors, so trying to pretend with the big phone was kind of funny."
Can you tell me your favourite piece from the collection?
“I wore the collection’s bandana, which I loved!”

What's the best piece of style advice you've ever had?
“That it doesn't really matter what you put on as long as you have the confidence to rock whatever it is that you’re wearing. Just, don't let the outfit wear you. Like, you gotta wear the outfit.”
What are you listening to at the moment?
“I just had a friend put me onto Sales, this very cool band. And I just saw Erykah Badu in concert a few nights ago, and that was incredible.”

What are you working on musically right now that you can tell us about?
“Right now, I'm just making a ton of music. I want projects to come out! I'm always in either a phase of, like, really knowing what's going on, and then just accumulating sounds and stuff. Right now I'm in this really fun phase of just making anything and everything to kind of put into a project, but depending on what I make will determine what type of project that is.
What’s up next for you?
“Next that we're working on is Camp Flog Gnaw, this really cool festival that I've seen from the outside as a fan for a long time. I've never been to Camp Flog Gnaw, 'cause I could never get tickets, so now to be going as a performer it’s really an honour. That's gonna be really fun!”
