The Off-White™ Pre-Fall 24 is giving office-core a new look

Who said the 9 to 5 dress code only allowed for suits and knee-length pencil skirts? Image and Art Director, and now Creative Director Ib Kamara, just proved everyone wrong with his Off-White™ Pre-Fall 24 collection.

Set to show during the upcoming Paris Fashion Week for Fall/Winter 2024, Off-White™ stayed in-house, or rather, in-office for its new collection. A certain sensibility bled throughout the collection, where both menswear and womenswear pieces were infused with muted and brighter pinks. A full pink floral dress and a pink satin zip-up biker jacket stormed the office space, while other looks included a touch of pink on carrier bags, decorated sailor-inspired hats, and on tailored jackets’ lapels in faux fur.

Virgil Abloh’s youthful edge was captured through playful prints and an overall streetwear-meets-luxury approach felt throughout the collection. Off-White™’s grasp on youth and pop culture could immediately be felt with an acid-washed, grassy-green dyed denim trench easily imagined worn by Rihanna, and a black bomber jacket with details in that same green colour perfectly fitted for her other half, A$AP Rocky.

The offering, while remaining in sync throughout, had pieces for each occasion. A knitted, chequered two-piece jacket and skirt was giving Zoom meeting at 10 a.m., while the halterneck, loose-fitting crimson dress was counting down the days to the office Christmas party.

Giving us a good mixture of classics and logo-adorned, stylistic options, Ib Kamara hones in on Virgil Abloh’s founding pillars for the brand, while pushing Off-White™ into a new chapter. From the streets to the office’s sample room, Off-White™’s Pre-Fall 24 is HR-approved.
