Loro Piana has taken over Harrods for the holiday season with an exclusive Workshop of Wonders – featuring two immersive pop-ups, a pop-in and multiple installations that celebrate the Italian luxury house’s 100 year anniversary (happy centenary Loro!).
The holiday season is fast approaching, so we didn’t hesitate to stop over the new Loro Piana takeover at the heart of Harrods for some luxury holiday shopping: that cashmere scarf that we had on our wish list, a lush blanket for cold nights, some limited edition stocking fillers for the fam. All made in Italy, of course.

For a house that started out as a fabric supplier, and to this day uses the highest quality materials and unparalleled Italian craftsmanship since its inception in 1924, it’s no surprise that Loro Piana is the ultimate destination for supreme luxury and sophistication – whether it be the finest cashmere hoodie or a sturdy pair of leather loafers. The Italian heritage Maison’s curation of classic luxury means for the best holiday gifting, or a grailed investment, which will last a lifetime. You can’t go wrong.
And Harrods has it all: an immersive pop-up where you can purchase cosy knit accessories and get your new scarf personalised with monogrammed embroidery on the spot, a collection of hyper-luxe menswear exclusive to Harrods, the best selection of leather goods, a 36-window display, and a holiday gifting station that incorporates an atelier for Christmas decorations. At the atelier pop-up you can work on your crafting skills and weave your own holiday tree decorations using only Loro’s softest cashmere yarn. We actually visited the workshop for some mindful seasonal weaving (if you want to give it a go, you can book your slot here), and let’s just say we’re better at buying than crafting.

Whether you want to shop for yourself (you deserve a treat) or want to find something special for your loved ones (that you’d low-key want to keep for yourself), Loro Piana’s takeover at the luxury Knightsbridge store has got you covered.
