Korean label MSCHF House was founded in 2010 by best friends and fashion enthusiasts Jiyoon Jeong and Jieun Seo, who wanted to make streetwear seem effortless yet practical. And they’ve done just that. The brand started off by reworking vintage garms into handmade bags and has now grown into one of the most cult Korean labels with subversive staples and asymmetric pieces.
Bu MSCHF has gone beyond just clothing. MSCHF stays true to its subcultural Seoul roots and knows how to tap into the current culture: the brand has created a strong community, collabing with a range of lifestyle and outdoor brands and keeping it real by supporting young artists, showcasing diverse stories and hosting live sessions and parties in Seoul, Tokyo, and Paris. Its most recent presentation had a live rock band playing the soundtrack.
