Canadian-based conceptual streetwear brand 2nd Coming is launching “Against All Odds”, a capsule collection that explores resilience.
Founded by Congolese-Canadian creative Josué Ngimbi, 2nd Coming creates meaningful and personal pieces promoting self-empowerment. Against All Odds represents stories from Ngimbi’s upbringing and past experiences both between Canada and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
The collection takes direct inspiration from “the resilience it took to overcome every struggle we’ve faced”. The Black-owned brand has always inspired its community to feel “limitless” and this collection, shot by local creatives, is no exception.
From graphic tees to acid wash flannels, the capsule creates a welcoming universe for anyone fueled by their passions and dreams. The hoodies, offered in a black or brown colourway, depict a hopeful journey through a starry night, as well as sporting 2nd Coming’s logo and the collection’s name in a faded effect. The collection also offers cargo and track pants, providing thoughtful and well-crafted essentials.
Make sure to stay tuned for 2nd Coming’s Against All Odds capsule drop on April 8, available exclusively on shop2ndcoming.com.
