Leigh-Anne and ANTSLIVE to perform at HUGO Nights Presented by Strawberries & Creem
Everyone loves a party, and this November, HUGO and Strawberries & Creem have you covered. The two are coming together to host the second chapter of their live music and events series, “S&C presents HUGO Nights.” It follows the incredible success of the first gig, which saw Loyle Carner perform last May. This time around, Leigh-Anne is bringing her old-school R&B and garage influences to the table as part of her latest venture as a solo artist. Also on the lineup is London-based rapper ANTSLIVE, who will perform a live set, including his latest release, “Captain Ants.” The party will take place in a secret venue in Central London (which will be revealed to attendees only before the show). Fans will have the opportunity to win free tickets by entering a ballot, which can be accessed here.
AMIRI releases “California Denim” collection
AMIRI is launching a denim offering as part of its ongoing study into denim, serving as a unique expression and embodiment of modern luxury. DUKE + DEXTER is bringing us another Wild Wild West-inspired release, which sees Luka Fersko model the collection in rural Yosemite. The new drop introduces a Wilde Penny Lug, making use of a compounded rubber with a deep tread. Also being released is a Black Moby Boot; Maple Moby Boot; Wilde Butterfly Lug; Wilde Black Lug; Wilde Eagle Penny Loafer; Ritchie Black Pebble Sneaker, and Commando Eden Boat Shoe. eBay announces a collaboration with Slawn
The artist of the moment, Slawn, has teamed with eBay for a special collaboration. The link-up celebrates creativity and inspiration, all while nodding to the sneaker community, which is inspired by the artist’s very own love of sneakers. The partnership was unveiled at Slawn’s East London café BeauBeaus, where he was joined by eBay’s head of sneakers, Wahaaj Shabbir, FDFromtheFuture and Precious Ongunlowo, a recent graduate from eBay’s sneaker entrepreneur programme. REIN releases new single, “There’s No Tomorrow”
Rising Avant-pop artist REIN has returned with her latest single, “There’s No Tomorrow.” It explores her influences from post-punk to new wave and is lifted from her upcoming album God Is A Woman, which will be released in November. Fear of God is back with another ESSENTIALS range for FW23. The collection comprises wardrobe essentials such as hoodies and jackets in a range of core colours and styles. Cosha releases visuals for “Want You Back”
Singer-songwriter Cosha has followed up the release of her single “Want You Back” with a striking set of visuals. Shot in her native Wicklow, Ireland, the images reflect a slowing down from the city pace and a reclamation of the artist’s safe space. Her previous single, “Sun Back,” served as a gentle re-introduction and signifier of a new era, yet it is still underpinned by her trademark sun-soaked sound.
