DAILY PAPER HITS THE PITCH

Following their recent teaser, Daily Paper teamed up with Adidas on the Ajax 2022-2023 third shirt. Recognising Amsterdam’s golden generation’s impact on the community, the predominantly golden jersey features smoky black watermarks of 9 of Amsterdam’s most prominent street football courts. The red and black vertical bar, along with the white Ajax crest and logos, reflect the colours of the loved city flag while nodding to the vertical red bar of the iconic Ajax home jersey. SMALL TALK WITH CARHARTT

Carhartt WIP has teamed up with NYC-based Small Talk Studio to present a Summer capsule collection at Browns Fashion. The capsule takes select pieces from Carhartt WIP‘s Spring/Summer 2022 collection and reimagines them through Small Talk‘s graphic lens. The drawings, embroidery and graphics in this collection take inspiration from vintage garden magazines and seed packets, outdoor outfit-ters and guidebooks, the Whole Earth Catalog, and Small Talk‘s existing image archive. Available exclusively at Browns Fashion this August.

ADIDAS TAKE PARIS WITH SONG FOR THE MUTE

Adidas hit up Song For The Mute to launch their FW22 collaboration collection, which acts as an extension of Song For The Mutes mainline concept “2.22 Olympiades”. The collection is inspired by Les Olympiades, an area of Paris where an urbanist housing project was constructed around the late 60’s and early 70’s – this is where Lyna Ty, creative director of Song For The Mute, spent her childhood. The collection debuts with the SFTM-001 ‘Honeycomb’ Shadowturf sneaker inspired by the areas organic colour palette and textures, as well as details of subtle distressing. GRADUATE AT MARMO UNIVERSITY

French brand Marmo have been causing a buzz since it first arrived on the scene in 2017. This Friday they launched their latest pieces featuring their iconic Marmo University motif.
