Wednesday NEWS RUSH Featuring KKW x Kris.
It’s CULTED bringing you your Wednesday morning NEWS RUSH.
First up, Kering has continued its support for COVID-19 relief by earmarking money for 3 US-based aid groups. The luxury group will donate $1 million to the CDC foundation in support of health workers, as well as donating to A Common Thread, and Kerby Jean-Raymond’s charity, Your Friends in New York Want Help.
In other news, Gap Inc. has cancelled all summer and fall orders as a result of COVID-19. The retail giant, owner of Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy, has halted production and asked suppliers not to ship products which have already been made.
Next up, Alexander McQueen has launched ‘McQueen Music’ so we can all relive the brand’s iconic fashion shows. The brand has created Spotify playlists, featuring music from its shows, as part of its programme to help fans deal with life on lockdown.
And to round off today, Kim Kardashian West has teamed up with Kris Jenner to release a new fragrance. KKW x Kris launches on April 25 and marks the first time the mother/daughter duo have worked on a product together.
That’s all for today.
It’s Sam with CULTED. Happy Wednesday and make sure you’re keeping safe.
