COVID-19 continues to disrupt the industry, from sales figures to collection presentations. But one institution that’s become a pioneer in this forced digital age is University of the Arts London.

After UAL college Central Saint Martins traded in physical runway shows for an online graduate showcase, it proved to be a huge success, and now the University is rolling out this idea across all 6 of its colleges.

The UAL Graduate Showcase website launches today and will be used to unveil the work of thousands of final-year students from Central Saint Martins, London College of Fashion, London College of Communication and the Chelsea, Camberwell and Wimbledon Colleges of Art.

But with the huge number of students, how exactly will this work?

Well, each student will be able to share presentations, social media handles and photos and videos, with the aim being to provide the public with the same level of interaction as the physical event. And viewers can even search by themes, such as coronavirus, and sustainability, making it easier for businesses and potential employers to find the ideal students for them.

So guys, will you be checking out the platform?
