It’s CULTED bringing you a round-up of today’s latest fashion news.
First up, Gucci has reduced its environmental impact by 21% ahead of its 2025 targets.
As part of its 10-year Culture of Purpose strategy, which began in 2015, the luxury brand plans to reduce its environmental impact by 40% across its entire supply chain and direct operations, as well as cutting greenhouse gas emissions by 50%.
In other fashion news, Mulberry is set to slash 25% of its workforce. This comes after demand was hit by COVID-19, and shares in the brand fell by 30%.
Next, Drake is teaming up with Nike to release an Ovo x Air Force 1 collaboration next year. There are no designs as of yet, but it’s likely the sneaker will feature the imprint’s signature Owl logos and the shoe will most likely have a simple background, judging from past Drake and Nike collabs.
And to round off today, Maison Margiela have reimagined the classic Chelsea boot with the brand’s signature Tabi toe. The shoe comes in a dark brown suede and retails at $1060.
So guys are you a fan of the divisive Margiela Tabi?
