Thursday News Rush Featuring Protests For George Floyd.

It’s CULTED with your Thursday NEWS RUSH.

First up, thousands of people continue to protest against the unjust death of George Floyd, across Minneapolis.

Protesters gathered around the Third Precinct police station late last night, chanting “no justice, no peace”. Protesters have been met with resistance by police, who used tear gas and plastic bullets against them.

More on this later.

Next up, in a global effort during COVID-19, Louis Vuitton has presented their worldwide “Rainbow Project” initiative.

The initiative encourages employees and their children to draw their own version of rainbows to display across Louis Vuitton shop windows, sharing a message of optimism and joy.

And in related news, British artist Paul Insect has teamed up with Block London Furniture to produce a series of rainbow benches in central London, in homage to healthcare workers amidst the global pandemic.

To round off today, Gucci is helping its suppliers to survive the pandemic.

In partnership with bank Intesa Sanpaolo, suppliers are now guaranteed quick and easy access to loans. The suppliers will now be able to continue running smoothly and finance their growth.

That’s all for today. It’s Sam with CULTED. Have a great Thursday.
