Snapchat has launched a new style of e-commerce that has already got Adidas, Topshop, and Farfetch onboard, even better – small businesses can access the feature too!
The new set-up is a free-to-use Dynamic Product Ads feature. But what exactly is a Dynamic Product Ad?
Basically, the new feature allows brands to create Snapchat ads in real-time that will go out to the platform’s global base of users. The aim is to help brands reach young audiences who are spending more and more time online – yep I’m guilty!
After testing the new ads for just a few weeks, Topshop achieved over 4x its usual return on ad spending, with Adidas seeing a 36% growth in revenue generated from ads!
Smaller businesses can also showcase their product and services “through customized ad formats that can be easily set up.”
